Euodia is a singer-songwriter whose music is shaped by her background as a teacher and storyteller. Before pursuing music full-time, she spent over a decade teaching psychology and special education in international schools across Penang and Kuala Lumpur. Her experiences in education and edutainment inspire the messages in her songs - focusing on self-worth, resilience, and hope.
Growing up in a musical family, Euodia started playing the cello at four and performed in family and school ensembles across Malaysia and Singapore. Though music was always a part of her life, she dedicated years to teaching, directing musical productions, and working with students to build confidence and purpose. In 2024, after completing her master's degree in education, she decided to fully embrace songwriting and performance.
With a background in Psychology and Neuro-Dramatic Play (NDP) therapy, Euodia blends storytelling into her music, using it as a tool for emotional healing. She believes music can reach those who feel unseen, reminding listeners that they are valued creations God.Â
Looking ahead, Euodia hopes to promote inclusivity and human worth through her music and her work as a freelance educator. She believes that when your skill is separate from your identity, it frees you to work on your skill without feeling shame.
